Obiturary of Wilma Jean Lewis
Wilma Jean Lewis, age 75, of Columbus, left this life on Sunday, March 4, 2007, at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Born in Washington Court House, Oh. to the late Arthur and Verna Grimm. Wilma was a graduate of Washington Court House High School. She married Danie Lewis on December 15, 1950. Wilma was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She lived her life for her family and will be deeply missed. Wilma had the amazing ability to appreciate and love each grandchild and great-grandchild for who they are. Each one held a very special place in her heart and she touched them all. A retired realtor with HER Realtors, Wilma enjoyed a 25+ year career and was an avid Buckeye Fan. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her adored husband Danie G. Lewis, daughter Sharon Lee Lewis, 4 sisters and 3 brothers. Wilma is survived by her daughters, Cindi (Ron) Graves of Johnstown, Oh., Teri (John) Yoder of Cicero, Ind. and Jacki (Karl) Vradenburg of Columbus; grandchildren, Ronnie Graves of Bettendorf, Iowa, Amanda Graves of San Francisco, Calif., Jason (Lisa) Yoder of Beaverton, Oreg., Tria Yoder of Greencastle, Ind., Guy Vradenburg, Jessie Vradenburg and Sara Vradenburg, all of Columbus; great-granddaughter, Ella Yoder; sisters, Janice Edwards of Grove City and Carol (Ed) Perry of Ga.; brothers, Art Grimm of Grove City, Roger Grimm of Washington Court House and Paul (Liz) Grimm of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at RUTHERFORD FUNERAL HOME at POWELL, 450 West Olentangy Street, Powell, Ohio 43065, 614-792-1471, where funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 7, 2007, with Rev. Dean Pierce officiating. (Funeral home is on West Olentangy St./Powell Road/SR 750, 1/4 mile east of Sawmill Parkway.) Burial will follow at Kingwood Memorial Park, Lewis Center, Oh.
