Last Will and Testament of Allison Grim

Last Will and Testament of Allison Grim of Range Township, Madison County, Ohio.

In the name of the Benevolent Father of All, I, Allison Grim,do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament.

1st

I desire that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my death.

2nd

I devse and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Mary M. Grim, all ofmy property personal real or mixed of whatsoever kind on wheresoever situated to have for and during hernatural life andat her death to go to Flora May Lockwood her heirs and assigns for ever.

3rd

I nominate andappoint Mary M. Grim as executrix of this will.

In witnesswhereof I have hereto set my hand and seal this 17th day of February, 1887.

Codecil to last will and testament of Allison Grim

Whereas, I, Allison Grim, of Range Township, Madison County, Ohio, duly executed my last will and testament on the 17th day of February, 1887, and since that time my beloved wife, Mary, died and Flora M. Lockwood intermarried with one, M.L. Shepherd, Jr. Now therefore I hereby make, publish and declare this to be a codecil to my said last will and testament.

I nominate and appoint said Flora M.Shepherd to be executrix of my last will and testament, and request that no bond be required as such executrix and I hereby direct the court to dispense with the same.

And in every other particular I hereby ratify, approve and confirm my said will giving all my porperty to said Flora M. Shepherd.

In witness hwereof I have hereunto set my hand this 14th day of March, 1908.
