Obituary of John Leslie Recob
John Leslie Recob, 75, of 1403 Barclay Avenue, died in his residence at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.
He was born in Madison Mills, O., March 18, 1887, the son of Thomas and Anna Grim Recob, and had resided in Springfield for a number of years.
Mr. Recob is survived by his widow, Freda; one son, John D., both of Springfield; one brother, Fred of Mt. Sterling; one sister, Mrs. Rennie Rector of Salisaw, Okla.; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The body was taken to the Richards Memorial Home where friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Services will be held in the funeral home at 3 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in Ferncliff Cemetery.
